B-RING wheel bearings are available in three quality lines:
- PRAKTISK - Economy line, factory warranty of 6 months or 20,000 km, lifespan of over 50,000 km;
- FÖRST - Main line, factory warranty of 1 year or 30,000 km, lifespan of over 50,000 km;
- HÄRDIG - Premium line, factory warranty of 2 years or 50,000 km, lifespan of over 100,000 km;
The durability and high quality of B-RING bearings are ensured by strict adherence to manufacturing technology. The Quality Control Department is fully equipped with all necessary equipment for control and testing, including component and part traceability, metrological equipment and sensors, and equipment for functional testing. Inspectors and engineers follow the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards during the control process.
Testing process:
- All raw materials used in production are strictly tested through metallurgical testing, and only verified materials are used in further processes.
- All components used at each stage of the production process are strictly inspected and tested.
- High cleanliness in production: all components are cleaned after grinding and thoroughly dried. Finished products are coated with preservative oil before packaging.
- 100% of the products are tested and inspected before final packaging, including sound testing, vibration testing, and measurement of radial and axial clearance.
